“If you want to forget something or someone, never hate it, or never hate him/her. Everything and everyone that you hate is engraved upon your heart; if you want to let go of something, if you want to forget, you cannot hate.”—C. JoyBell C. (via med-girl)
“I love you, but I’m mad at you is one of the most freeing, important things you can say in a stable relationship. Does that make sense? To know that you have the ability and the right to be mad at someone and know that it doesn’t mean things are over, that it doesn’t mean things are irreparable. That it just means I’m mad, but God, I love you. I love you. Now leave me alone.”—To be good, to save nothing (via lilbijou)
“The worst thing about growing up
is realizing that you can’t save anyone.
They are on a ship hit by an iceberg
and you are on the coast.
All you can do is love them from afar
and then you’re forced to watch them either
sink or float.
That is why I bury my hurt
so deep so that
you will never find it.
You already are weighed down by so much,
and the odds are already stacked
up against you.
I don’t need to be the heavy in your life.”—Tina Tran, We are both on a sinking ship (via absentions)
How can you tell that pinkandgreenlivingthedream photoshops her pictures? Not trying to get involved in drama just curious because I couldn't tell they were fake and follow her blog. Feeling kind of disillusioned now...
I’m currently studying for midterms at the library, but I’ll make a post later comparing the legitimate ones with the fixed ones. She is a skinny girl; there is no doubt about that. However, multiple people have noticed the ones where she alters her waist and her cleavage. I have no issue with her doing that to her photos, but it’s crappy to do that for a fitness blog if people are looking at them and wondering why they aren’t getting the same results that she has. :)
Who cares if she photoshops her pictures? They belong to her so she can do whatever she pleases. Just don't look at them if they bother you.
The issue isn’t that she photoshops her photos for a fashion blog. The issue is that she runs a “fitness” blog and tries to pass these photos off as actual results and it is complete and utter bullshit. It defeats the purpose of having a fitness blog if those aren’t real results and it sends the wrong message to girls. It’s false advertising. Why even bother to message me about it though? Last time I checked you weren’t involved here.
